Privacy & advertising measurement
This policy covers inquiries submitted through albaink.xyz and optional advertising measurement on this website.
Website inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, Web3Forms processes the contact details and tattoo project information you provide so they can be delivered to Alba Tattoo. We use your inquiry to discuss your project and arrange the next steps. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment.
Optional advertising measurement
You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to advertising measurement. Where the optional checkbox is available, choosing it allows the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to load when you submit the form. We report an inquiry event only after our form provider confirms acceptance.
The event includes a random identifier and advertising attribution information. The Pixel also uses browser and technical information, such as your website origin and a browser reference, to support measurement. OpenAI processes conversion data under its Conversion Terms and related data-processing terms.
Our event code does not include the text of your tattoo idea or reference images. If automatic advanced matching is enabled for the Pixel, OpenAI may detect supported contact information, such as email addresses or phone numbers, and convert it into hashes in your browser before sending it with conversion events. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. See OpenAI's explanation of conversion measurement.
Cookies and local storage
With measurement consent, the Pixel may use the __oppref attribution cookie for up to 30 days and the __obref browser-reference cookie for up to 365 days. Browser restrictions or clearing cookies may shorten these periods. These are cookie lifetimes, not promises about how long previously sent conversion data is retained.
To avoid counting retries twice, we keep a duplicate-check record in the current tab's session storage. It contains salted digests and random identifiers, not the original form fields. These local digests are not sent to OpenAI. The record lasts for the tab session; deleting it can prevent us from recognizing a later duplicate.
Your measurement choices
Leave the optional checkbox unchecked to send an inquiry without advertising measurement. When the feature is available, use “Turn off advertising measurement” in the inquiry section to stop future measurement and remove this website's measurement cookies, including after submitting. Consent-preference cookies may remain. Withdrawal does not remove events already sent. You can also clear this website's cookies in your browser settings.
Our inquiry events include an opt-out from future user-level personalization. This is separate from your choice about measurement.
Inquiry records and requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to manage your project and bookings. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning information you sent to Alba Tattoo, email [email protected]. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed to discuss your tattoo project.
